Chris Dickerson traded to Indians

Chris Dickerson was traded by the Pittsburgh Pirates to the Cleveland Indians on July 7, 2014 for a player to be name later. Prior to the trade the outfielder was at Triple A Indianapolis where he hit .309/.407/.479 with 7 HR, 30 RBI, 44 R, 12 SB in 65 games. He is in his seventh MLB season having also played for the Orioles, Yankees, Brewers and Reds and has hit .267/.343/.417 with 17 HR, 63 RBI, 99 R, 32 SB in 323 games. He was originally drafted by the Reds in the 16th round in 2003. Dickerson turned 32 on April 10.
