Bobby Doran traded to White Sox

Bobby Doran was traded by the Houston Astros to the Chicago White Sox on July 11, 2014. In exchange the Astros received Jeffry Santos. 

RHP Doran was at Triple A Oklahoma City prior to the trade where he was 2-4, 5.36 ERA, 41 K, 1.53 WHIP in 80.2 IP over 21 games. He was originally drafted by the Astros in the fourth round in 2010. Doran turned 25 on March 21.

Santos is a SS/2B who was at Rookie Arizona prior to the trade and hit .295/.483/.386 with 0 HR, 6 RBI, 11 R, 3 SB in 13 games. He originally signed with the White Sox in 2011 as an amateur free agent out of the Dominican Republic. Santos turned 21 on January 4th.
