Taylor Featherston traded to Angels

Taylor Featherston was traded by the Chicago Cubs to the Los Angeles Angels on December 11, 2014. Featherston is a shortstop who played in 2014 at Double A Tulsa. He hit .260/.322/.439 with 16 HR, 57 RBI, 69 R, 14 SB in 127 games. He was originally drafted by the Rockies in the fifth round in 2011 and was selected by the Cubs in the 2014 Rule 5 draft. Featherston will be 26 on October 8th.
