Ryan Jackson traded to Royals

Ryan Jackson was traded by the Los Angeles Dodgers to the Kansas City Royals on November 26, 2014 for cash. The SS\2B\3B split 2014 between Rookie Arizona and Triple A El Paso while returning from a wrist injury. He hit .211/.250/.211 with 0 HR, 0 RBI, 2 R, 1 SB in 5 games at Arizona and .188/.381/.250 with 0 HR, 0 R, 3 R, 0 SB in 6 games at El Paso. Over two seasons of limited MLB experience with the Cardinals he hit .083/.120/.083 with 0 HR, 0 RBI, 2 R, 0 SB in 20 games. He was originally drafted by the Cardinals in the fifth round in 2009. Jackson will be 27 on May 10.
