Kyle Jensen traded to Dodgers

Kyle Jensen was traded by the Miami Marlins to the Los Angeles Dodgers on November 17, 2014 for a PTBNL. The Marlins received Craig Stem on December 15, 2014 to complete the deal.

OF\1B Jensen played in 2014 at Triple A New Orleans where he hit .260/.331/.481 with 27 HR, 92 RBI, 70 R, 1 SB in 133 games. He was originally drafted by the Marlins in the 12th round in 2009. Jensen will be 27 on May 20.

RHP Stem split 2014 between Class A Advanced Rancho Cucamonga and Double A Chattanooga. He was 0-2, 3.82 ERA, 30 K, 1.50 WHIP, .283 BAA, 2 SV in 35.1 IP over 26 games at Rancho Cucamonga and 0-3, 8.06 ERA, 19 K, 2.14 WHIP, .360 BAA in 25.2 IP over 19 games at Chattanooga. He was originally drafted by the Dodgers in the 15th round in 2011. Stem turned 25 on January 5th.
