Kansas City Royals Selected Contracts Prior to 2013 Rule 5 Draft

The Kansas City Royals selected the contracts of Cheslor Cuthbert from Double A Northwest Arkansas and Lane Adams, Christian Colon and Michael Mariot Triple A Omaha and placed them on the Royals 40 man roster. The move was made to protect the players from the upcoming Rule 5 draft on December 12.
