The Atlanta Braves selected the contracts of Elmer Reyes and Carlos Perez from Class A Advanced Lynchburg and Luis Vasquez from Triple A Gwinnett and placed them on the Braves 40 man roster. The move was made to protect the players from the upcoming Rule 5 draft on December 12.
