Cristobal Torriente was inducted into the MLB Hall of Fame class of 2006 along with Raymond Brown, Willard Brown, Andy Cooper, Franklin Grant, Pete Hill, Biz Mackey, Effa Manley, Jose Mendez, Alex Pompez, Cum Posey, Louis Santop, Bruce Sutter, Mule Suttles, Ben Taylor, Solomon White, JL Wilkinson and Jud Wilson. Taylor was inducted by the Negro League Committee. He was an outfielder who played with the Cuban Stars (1913-1916, 1918), Kansas City All Nations (1916-1917), Chicago American Giants (1919-1925), Kansas City Monarchs (1926), Detroit Stars (1927-1928) and Cleveland Cubs (1932). While incomplete the stats show in league he hit .347/.425/.520 with 65 HR, 586 RBI, 623 R, 138 SB. He won batting titles in 1920 and 1923.
