Barry Larkin was inducted into the MLB Hall of Fame class of 2012 along with Ron Santo. Larkin was a shortstop with 19 seasons MLB experience playing all with the Cincinnati Reds (1986-2004. For his MLB career he hit .295/.371/.444 with 198 HR, 960 RBI, 1329 R, 379 SB in 2180 games.
I believe his three best seasons were 1996 when he hit .298/.410/.567 with 33 HR, 89 RBI, 117 R, 36 SB in 152 games, 1999 when he hit .293/.390/.420 with 12 HR, 75 RBI, 108 R, 30 SB in 161 games and 1995 when he hit .319/.394/.492 with 15 HR, 66 RBI, 98 R, 51 SB in 131 games.
He was an All Star 12 times (1988-1991, 1993-1997, 1999-2000, 2004). He won three Gold Gloves (1994-1996). Larkin won the National League MVP in 1995. He won the World Series Championship with the Reds in 1990.
