Kirby Puckett was inducted into the MLB Hall of Fame class of 2001 along with Bill Mazeroski, Hilton Smith and Dave Winfield. Puckett was an outfielder with 12 seasons MLB experience all with the Minnesota Twins (1984-1995). For his MLB career he hit .318/.360/.477 with 207 HR, 1085 RBI, 1071 R, 134 SB in 1783 games.
I believe his three best seasons were 1988 when he hit .356/.375/.545 with 24 HR, 121 RBI, 109 R, 6 SB in 158 games, 1992 when he hit .329/.374/.490 with 19 HR, 110 RBI, 104 R, 7 SB in 160 games and 1986 when he hit .328/.366/.537 with 31 HR, 96 RBI, 119 R, 20 SB in 161 games.
Puckett was the American League batting champ in 1989 (.339). He led the AL in RBI in 1994 (112).
He was an All Star ten times (1986-1995). He won six gold gloves (1986-1989, 1991-1992). He was second in AL MVP voting in 1992. Puckett won the World Series Championship with the Twins in 1987 and 1991.
