Wilbur J (Bullet) Rogan was inducted into the MLB Hall of Fame class of 1998 along with George Davis, Larry Doby, Lee MacPhail and Don Sutton. Rogan was inducted by the Veteran's Committee and had been a player in the Negro Leagues. He was a RHP\OF who played with the Kansas City Monarchs (1920-1930, 1933-1935, 1937-1938). He also served as the Monarchs manager (1926-1934, 1936). While the stats are incomplete they show as a pitcher he was 119-50 with a 3.68 ERA, 882 K, 1.14 WHIP. He also hit .338/.390/.515 with 45 HR, 251 RBI, 363 R, 104 SB. Rogan won the Negro League World Series with the Monarchs in 1924.
