Don't Tease Me Pedro

Pedro Alvarez is at it again. I first wrote about him when it appeared he was breaking out. Then I wrote about him when he immediately went ice cold. Now Alvarez appears to be getting hot again with his 4 HR and 9 RBI in the last two games. But who really had him in their line-up to take advantage of that? He had been 1 for 17 in the week leading up to that and had been mired in a horrendous slump ever since his first hot streak. Alvarez is like a volcano that puts out an impressive show for short periods and then lies dormant for much longer stretches. Lucky for me someone else in my league has Alvarez on their roster and has to deal with this quandary. It will be interesting to see how long Alvarez can stay hot this time.
