Sean O'Sullivan traded to Blue Jays
Sean O'Sullivan was traded by the Kansas City Royals to the Toronto Blue Jays on June 21, 2012 in exchange for cash. This season he was pitching with the Royals Triple A Omaha where he was 5-4 with a 6.75 ERA, 26 K and 1.86 WHIP in 53.1 IP over 17 games. He split 2011 between Triple A and the Royals and was 8-2 with a 4.22 ERA, 55 K and 1.35 WHIP in 74.2 IP over 14 Triple A games and was 2-6 with a 7.25 ERA, 19 K and 1.78 WHIP in 58.1 IP over 12 games with the Royals. He also had some MLB experience with the Angels and his MLB totals are 10-14 with a 6.13 ERA, 91 K and 1.55 WHIP in 193,2 IP over 43 games. He was originally drafted by the Angels in the third round in 2005. O'Sullivan will be 25 on September 1st.
