Andrew McCutchen June 2017 NL Player of the Month

Andrew McCutchen of the Pittsburgh Pirates was selected the National League Player of the Month for June 2017. During the month he hit 37 for 90, .411/.505/.689 with 5 2B, 1 3B, 6 HR, 23 RBI, 22 R, 1 SB and 17 BB. This season the outfielder is hitting 88 for 304, .289/.375/.520 with 16 HR, 49 RBI, 52 R, 6 SB in 83 games. Over nine MLB seasons with the Pirates he has hit .292/.381/.489 with 191 HR, 686 RBI, 772 R, 166 SB in 1273 games. He was originally drafted by the Pirates with the 11th pick of the first round in 2005. McCutchen will be 31 on October 10.
