Luke Farrell traded to Dodgers

Luke Farrell was traded by the Kansas City Royals to the Los Angeles Dodgers on July 28, 2017 for cash. The RHP had split 2017 between Triple A Omaha and with the Royals. He was 7-4, 4.07 ERA, 94 K, 1.25 WHIP, .245 BAA in 97.1 IP over 17 games with 16 GS at Omaha and 0-0, 16.88 ERA, 2 K, 3.75 WHIP, .467 BAA in 2.2 IP in 1 GS with the Royals. He was originally drafted by the Royals in the sixth round in 2013. Farrell turned 26 on June 7th.
