Here you can find the 2012 minor league stat leaders for each MLB team. The threshold was set at only 20 games for hitters and 20 innings pitched for pitchers to ensure that lower level players might also be included. The stats are cumulative to include all levels played this season. If a player changed organizations in season only the stats for each organization are included if qualified.
