Galvin was the first 300 game winner in MLB history. His 365 career wins ranks fifth all time. Galvin pitched two no hitters on August 20, 1880 against the Worcester Worcesters and August 4, 1884 against the Detroit Wolverines.
He served a short stint as the Bisons manager in 1885 with a 7-17 record.
