Hazen S (Kiki) Cuyler was inducted into the Hall of Fame class of 1968 along with Goose Goslin and Joseph Medwick.Cuyler was an outfielder with 18 seasons MLB experience playing with the Pittsburgh Pirates (1921-1927), Chicago Cubs (1928-1925), Cincinnati Reds (1935-1937) and Brooklyn Dodgers (1938). For his MLB career he hit .321/.386/.474 with 128 HR, 1065 RBI, 1305 R, 328 SB in 1879 games.
I believe his three best seasons were 1930 when he hit .355/.428/.547 with 13 HR, 134 RBI, 155 R, 37 SB in 156 games, 1925 when he hit .357/.423/.598 with 18 HR, 102 RBI, 144 R, 41 SB in 153 games and 1929 when he hit .360/.438/.532 with 15 HR, 102 RBI, 111 R, 43 SB in 139 games.
Cuyler led the National League in runs in 1925 and 1926 (113). He led the NL in doubles in 1934 (42). He led the NL in triples in 1925 (26). He led the NL in stolen bases in 1926 (35), 1928 (37), 1929 and 1930.
Cuyler finished second in NL MVP voting in 1925. He was selected to the All Star game in 1934. Cuyler won the World Series Championship with the Pirates in 1925.
