Edd J Roush was inducted into the MLB Hall of Fame class of 1962 along with Bob Feller, William McKechnie and Jackie Robinson. Rouch was an outfielder with 18 seasons MLB experience playing with the Chicago White Sox (1913), Indianapolis Hoosiers (1914), Newark Pepper (1915), New York Giants (1916, 1927-1929) and Cincinnati Reds (1916-1926, 1931). For his MLB career he hit .323/.369/.446 with 68 HR, 981 RBI, 1099 R, 268 SB in 1967 games.
I believe his three best seasons were 1923 when he hit .351/.406/.531 with 6 HR, 88 RBI, 88 R, 10 SB in 138 games, 1920 when he hit .339/.386/.453 with 4 HR, 90 RBI, 81 R, 36 SB in 149 games and 1925 when he hit .339/.383/.494 with 8 HR, 83 RBI, 91 R, 22 SB.
Roush was the National League batting champ in 1917 (.341) and 1919 (.321). He led the NL in doubles in 1923 (41). He led the NL in triples in 1924 (21).
Roush won the World Series Championship with the Reds in 1919.
