Darrell Ceciliani traded to Blue Jays

Darrell Ceciliani was traded by the New York Mets to the Toronto Blue Jays on February 2, 2016 for a PTBNL. The outfielder split 2015 between Triple A Las Vegas and the Mets. He hit .345/.398/.581 with 9 HR, 36 RBI, 50 R, 16 SB in 70 games at Las Vegas and .206/.270/.279 with 1 HR, 3 RBI, 5 R, 5 SB in 25 games with the Mets. He was originally drafted by the Mets in the fourth round in 2009. Ceciliani will be 26 on June 22.
