Carlos Correa June 2015 AL Rookie of the Month

Carlos Correa of the Houston Astros was selected the American League Rookie of the Month for June 2015. During the month the the shortstop hit 27 for 94, .287/.309/.543 with 9 2B, 5 HR, 15 RBI, 13 R, 4 SB and 3 BB in 22 games. It was his debut month. He was originally drafted by the Astros with the first over all pick in 2012. Correa will be 21 on September 22.
