Conor Gillaspie traded to Angels
Conor Gillaspie was traded by the Chicago White Sox to the Los Angeles Angels on July 24, 2015 for cash. The 3B\1B hit .237/.276/.364 with 3 HR, 15 RBI, 10 R, 0 SB in 58 games with the White Sox. Over six MLB seasons with the White Sox and Giants he hit .258/.312/.393 with 24 HR, 116 RBI, 111 R, 0 SB in 351 games. He was originally drafted by the Giants with the 37th pick of the first round in 2008 and was traded to the White Sox in 2013. Gillaspie turned 28 on July 18.
