Andrew Toles was the Tampa Bay Rays Minor League Player of the Year in 2013. The outfielder played 2013 at Class A Bowling Green where he hit .326/.359/.466 with 2 HR, 57 RBI, 79 R, 62 SB in 121 games. He was originally drafted by the Rays in the third round in 2012. Toles turned 21 on May 24.
