Detroit Tigers 2013 Minor League Player of the Year

Devon Travis was the Detroit Tigers Minor League Player of the Year in 2013. The second baseman split 2013 between Class A West Michigan and Class A Advanced Lakeland. He hit .352/.430/.486 with 6 HR, 42 RBI, 55 R, 14 SB in 77 games at West Michigan and hit .350/.401/.561 with 10 HR, 34 RBI, 38 R, 8 SB in 55 games at Lakeland. He was originally drafted by the Tigers in the 13th round in 2012. Travis will be 23 on February 21.
