Pittsburgh Pirates 2013 Minor League Player of the Year
Andrew Lambo was the Pittsburgh Pirates Minor League Player of the Year in 2013. Lambo is an OF\1B who split 2013 between Double A Altoona, Triple A Indianapolis and the Pirates. He hit .291/.351/.559 with 14 HR, 46 RBI, 35 R, 6 SB in 58 games at Altoona, hit .272/.344/.589 with 18 HR, 53 RBI, 32 R, 1 SB in 62 games at Indianapolis and hit .233/.303/.400 with 1 HR, 2 RBI, 4 R, 0 SB in 18 games with the Pirates. He was originally drafted by the Dodgers in the fourth round in 2007. He turned 25 on August 11.
