Tyler Glasnow was the Pittsburgh Pirates Minor League Pitcher of the Year in 2013. The RHP pitched in 2013 at Class A West Virginia where he was 9-3, 2.18 ERA, 164 K, 1.03 WHIP in 111.1 IP over 24 games. He was originally drafted by the Pirates in the fifth round in 2011. Glasnow turned 20 on August 23.
