Minnesota Twins 2013 Minor League Player of the Year
Byron Buxton was the Minnesota Twins Minor League Player of the Year in 2013. The outfielder split 2013 between Class A Cedar Rapids and Class A Advanced Fort Myers. He hit .341/.431/.559 with 8 HR, 55 RBI, 68 R, 32 SB in 68 games at Cedar Rapids and hit .326/.415/.472 with 4 HR, 22 RBI, 41 R, 23 SB in 57 games at Fort Myers. He was originally drafted by the Twins with the second pick of the first round in 2012. Buxton will be 20 on December 18.
