Minnesota Twins 2013 Minor League Pitcher of the Year
Andrew Albers was the Minnesota Twins Minor League Pitcher of the Year in 2013. The LHP split 2013 between Triple A Rochester and the Twins. He was 11-5, 2.86 ERA, 116 K, 1.18 WHIP in 132.1 IP over 22 games at Rochester and was 2-5, 4.05 ERA, 25 K, 1.18 WHIP in 60.0 IP over 10 games with the Twins. He was originally drafted by the Padres in the tenth round in 2008. Albers turned 28 on October 6th.
