Zach Lee was the Los Angeles Dodgers Minor League Pitcher of the Year in 2013. The RHP pitched in 2013 at Double A Chattanooga where he was 10-10, 3.22 ERA, 131 K, 1.17 WHIP in 142.2 IP over 28 games. He was originally drafted by the Dodgers with the 28th pick of the first round in 2010. Lee turned 22 on September 13.
