Washington Nationals 2013 Minor League Player of the Year
Billy Burns was the Washington Nationals Minor League Player of the Year in 2013. The outfielder split 2013 between Class A Advanced Potomac and Double A Harrisburg. He hit .312/.422/.391 with 0 HR, 29 RBI, 70 R, 54 SB in 91 games at Potomac and hit .325/.434/.360 with 0 HR, 8 RBI, 26 R, 20 SB in 30 games at Harrisburg. He was originally drafted by the Nationals in the 32nd round in 2011. Burns turned 24 on August 30.
