Jake Arrieta of the Chicago Cubs pitched a no hitter in a 16-0 victory over the Cincinnati Reds on April 21, 2016. His line for the game was 9.0 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 0 HR, 0 HBP, 4 BB and 6 K in 119 pitches. The Cubs bats provided ample offense led by Kris Bryant who had a two run home run in the first and a grand slam in the seventh.
