I am continuing to follow Bubba Starling and Fred Ford as they make their way up the minor league ranks of the Kansas City Royals. This is the 13th update for 2013. Both Bubba and Fred are at Class A Lexington in the South Atlantic League. The Legends finished the first half 33-35. They reset their records after the All Star break and the Legends are 6-4 in the second half.
Starling has hit .389 over the last 10 games and is now hitting .223/.302/.367 with 7 HR, 34 RBI, 32 R, 9 SB in 69 games.
Ford continues bounce back after an early slump as he is now hitting .220/.330/.398 with 9 HR, 28 RBI, 30 R, 3 SB in 74 games.
