Vinnie Catricala traded to Athletics

Vinnie Catricala was traded by the Seattle Mariners to the Oakland Athletics in June 9, 2013 in exchange for a player to be named later or cash. The third baseman played at Double A Jackson where he hit .253/.318/.351 with 3 HR, 21 RBI, 23 R, 2 SB in 48 games. He was originally drafted by the Mariners in the tenth round in 2009. Catricala will be 25 on October 31.
