Sean Furney traded to Braves

Sean Furney was traded by the Arizona Diamondbacks to the Atlanta Braves on March 21, 2015 in exchange for cash. The LHP pitched in 2014 at Class A Rome where he was 1-1, 4.09 ERAm 8 K, 1.36 WHIP, .250 BAA in 11.0 IP over 3 games. He originally signed with the Diamondbacks in 2013 as an undrafted free agent. Furney will be 24 on June 2nd.
