Hunter Morris traded to Pirates

Hunter Morris was traded by the Milwaukee Brewers to the Pittsburgh Pirates on April 2, 2015 for a PTBNL. The first baseman split 2014 between Rookie Arizona, Double A Huntsville and Triple A Nashville. He hit .200/.333/.400 with 0 HR, 1 RBI, 2 R, 0 SB in 5 games at Arizona, .269/.296/.269 with 0 HR, 2 RBI, 3 R, 0 SB in 7 games at Huntsville and .279/.333/.448 with 11 HR, 42 RBI, 46 R, 0 SB in 91 games at Nashville. He was originally drafted by the Brewers in the fourth round in 2010. Morris will be 27 on October 7th.
