Michael Blanke traded to Diamondbacks

Michael Blanke was traded by the Chicago White Sox to the Arizona Diamondbacks on March 21, 2015 in exchange for cash. The RHP pitched in Rookie Great Falls where he was 0-0, 4.61 ERA, 10 K, 2.12 WHIP, .315 BAA in 13.2 IP over 13 games. It was his first season converting from catcher to pitcher. He was originally drafted by the White Sox in the 14th round in 2010. Blanke will be 27 on October 17.
