David Price wins 20th game
David Price of the Tampa Bay Rays won his 20th game of the season with a 6-2 victory over the Chicago White Sox on September 30. His line for the game was 7.0 IP, 5 H, 2 ER, 2 BB, 4 K in 109 pitches. In 2012 the LHP is 20-5 with a 2.56 ERA, 205 K, 1.10 WHIP in 211.0 IP over 31 games with Tampa Bay. For his MLB career he is 61-31 with a 3.16 ERA, 725 K, 1.17 WHIP in 786.1 IP over 125 games. He was originally drafted by the Rays with the first over all pick in 2007. Price turned 27 on August 26.
