I am continuing to follow Bubba Starling and Fred Ford as they make their way up the minor league ranks of the Kansas City Royals. This is the 18th update for 2013. Both Bubba and Fred are at Class A Lexington in the South Atlantic League. The Legends finished the first half 33-35. They reset their records after the All Star break and the Legends are 30-24 in the second half.
Starling continues to heat up hitting .400 over his last 10 games and is now hitting .237/.327/.383 with 10 HR, 57 RBI, 48 R, 21 SB in 111 games.
Ford continues to slump and is now hitting .200/.295/.357 with 11 HR, 37 RBI, 44 R, 5 SB in 112 games.
