Chris Heston Eastern League Pitcher of Year 2012

Chris Heston of the Richmond Flying Squirrels was awarded the Eastern League Pitcher of the Year. Richmond is the Double A team of the San Francisco Giants. In 2012 the RHP was 9-8 with a 2.24 ERA, 135 K, 1.10 WHIP in 148.2 IP over 25 games. He was originally drafted by the Giants in the 12th round in 2009. Heston turned 24 on April 10.
