Chris Davis hits 3 home runs vs Pirates 052014

Chris Davis of the Baltimore Orioles hit three home runs in a 9-2 victory over the Pittsburgh Pirates on May 20, 2014. For the game he was 4 for 5 with 3 home runs, 5 RBI and 4 runs while batting fourth and playing first base. He hit a two-run home run in the fifth, a solo shot in the seventh and another two-run home run in the ninth. For the season he is hitting .257/.376/.468 with 6 HR, 20 RBI, 22 R, 2 SB in 31 games. For his seven season MLB career he has hit .265/.330/.510 with 136 HR, 380 RBI, 331 R, 13 SB in 627 games. He was originally drafted by the Rangers in the fifth round in 2006. He was traded to the Orioles in 2011. Davis turned 28 on March 17.
