Kelvin De La Cruz traded to Indians
Kelvin De La Cruz was traded by the Texas Rangers to the Cleveland Indians on March 15, 2012 in exchange for cash. He had just been traded to the Rangers by the Indians last month but they decided to get him back. He pitched Double A at Double A and was 5-6 with a 4.19 ERA, 95 strikeouts, 1.48 WHIP and 2 saves in 86 innings over 23 games. He originally signed with the Indians as an amateur free agent in 2004 of the Dominican Republic.
