Pedro Gonzalez traded to Rangers

Pedro Gonzalez was traded by the Colorado Rockies to the Texas Rangers on August 23, 2017 to complete the earlier Jonathan Lucroy deal. The outfielder had hit 60 for 187, .321/.388/.519 with 3 HR, 28 RBI, 28 R, 11 SB in 45 games at Rooke Grand Junction in 2017. He originally signed with the Rockies in 2014 as an amateur free agent out of the Dominican Republic. Gonzalez turned 19 on October 27.
