James Dykstra traded to Rangers

James Dykstra was traded by the Chicago White Sox to the Texas Rangers on December 16, 2016 for cash. The RHP was 4-9, 4.93 ERA, 66 K, 1.64 WHIP, .309 BAA in 102.1 IP over 28 games with 15 GS at Double A Birmingham in 2016. He was originally drafted by the White Sox in the sixth round in 2013. Dykstra turned 26 on November 22.
