Joc Pederson reaches 30-30 milestone 2014
Joc Pederson of the Albuquerque Isotopes reached the milestone of 30 home runs and 30 steals in the 2014 season. He had reached the 30 home run mark on Monday August 18 when he had a solo shot in a 9-3 loss to the Nashville Sounds. The second piece of the puzzle came when he stole second in the sixth inning of a 12-10 loss to the Colorado Springs Sky Sox on Saturday August 23. This season the outfielder is hitting .301/.432/.583 with 32 HR, 73 RBI, 99 R, 30 SB in 115 games at Albuquerque. The Isotopes are the Triple A team of the Los Angeles Dodgers. He was originally drafted by the Dodgers in the 11th round in 2010. Pederson turned 22 on April 21.
