Mitch Haniger of the Reno Aces was selected the Pacific Coast League July 2016 Player of the Month. For the month he hit 45 for 112, .402/.449/.830 with 13 2B, 1 3B, 11 HR, 35 RBI, 30 R, 3 SB and 11 BB in 28 games. This season the outfielder is hitting .381/.453/.757 with 19 HR, 53 RBI, 51 R, 6 SB in 54 games at Reno and .294/.407/.462 with 5 HR, 30 RBI, 21 R, 4 SB in 55 games at Double A Mobile. Reno is the Triple A team of the Arizona Diamondbacks.  He was originally drafted by the Brewers with the 38th pick of the first round in 2012 and was traded to the Diamondbacks in 2014. Haniger turned 25 on December 23.
