Richard Reina traded to Blue Jays

Richard Reina was traded by the New York Mets to the Toronto Blue Jays on August 19, 2016 for cash. The RHP was 2-1, 6.32 ERA, 9 K, 1.85 WHIP, .232 BAA in 15.2 IP over 15 games at Rooke Gulf Coast in 2016. He originally signed with the Mets in 2011 as an amateur free agent out of Venezuela. Reina turned 21 on February 7th.
