FA change

Previously I had not posted free agent transactions. Part of this was due to philosophical reasons I have stated before and part due to the volume of those changes and I'm currently a staff of one. I have decided that there is enough interest to warrant me to change my stance and I will start posting free agent related updates in the future. I am currently working on the minor league project which is monopolizing most of my blog efforts but once that is complete I will circle back and start gathering the free agent info.
