Eric Hanhold was traded by the Milwaukee Brewers to the New York Mets on September 12, 2017 to complete the earlier Neil Walker deal. The RHP was 8-3, 3.94 ERA, 60 K, 1.44 WHIP, .286 BAA, 2 SV in 64.0 IP over 30 games with 3 GS at Class A Advanced Carolina. He was originally drafted by the Brewers in the sixth round in 2015. Hanhold will be 24 on November 1st.
