Jonathan Broxton was traded by the Milwuakee Brewers to the St Louis Cardinals on July 31, 2015. The Brewers in exchange received Malik Collymore.

He was originally drafted by the Dodgers in the second round in 2002. Broxton turned 31 on June 16.
Collymore is an outfielder who played at Rookie Johnson City where he hit .216/.326/.378 with 2 HR, 7 RBI, 9 R, 3 SB in 23 games. He was originally drafted by the Cardinals in the 10th round round in 2013. Collymore turned 20 on April 29.
