Randy Wolf traded to Tigers

Randy Wolf was traded by the Toronto Blue Jays to the Detroit Tigers on August 20, 2015 for cash. The LHP had pitched in 2015 at Triple A Buffalo where he was 9-2, 2.58 ERA, 106 K, 1.28 WHIP, .270 BAA in 139.2 IP over 23 games. He does have 16 seasons MLB experience with the Tigers, Marlins, Orioles, Brewers, Dodgers, Astros, Padres and Phillies going 133-121, 4.21 ERA, 1791 K, 1.34 WHIP, .260 BAA, 1 SV in 2300.2 IP over 383 games with 373 GS. He was originally drafted by the Phillies in the second round in 1997. Wolf turned 39 on August 22.
